- Fill up our order form all the details required and upload documents required too.
- If the relevant details or documentation is not complete, we will ask you to provide additional.
- If all the details and documents completed, we will send an invoice / quotation for the services.
- After payment made, we will proceed with the order and from here, you need to wait until the service/order done as mentioned HERE.
- Once your order completed, we will send the documents in .PDF to your E-mail / WhatsApp provided in your order form.
What is the price of the services offered here?
- For LHDN Stamp Duty, our submission service charge are divided into three (3) categories depends on the type of your documents. Our affordable fee starts from RM30 and above. Full pricing structure as shown HERE.
- For Agreement, our service price starts from RM200 and above.
- For Small Estate Application, our service charge fee starts from RM650 and above.

How long does the services completion usually takes?
- For LHDN Stamp Duty, LHDN gives approximately in 1-7 working days, but normally it will take around 1-3 working days. And of course, will send an update regarding the progress and ETA time as soon as possible.
- For Agreement Drafting & Preparation, completion usually will takes about 1-3 days or 1-7 working days (Depends on the particular or type of the agreement order). We will send an update regarding the progress and ETA time.
- For Small Estates Application, once all the documents and necessary information gathered, it will take 1-3 days to be submitted.
How to change my personal/company information and documents submitted?
- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@distrohub.my / +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) with the message title “Request to change personal/company info” in order to inform us about the revised information details.
Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
- Yes, only if the order is still on Pending Payment status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at hello@distrohub.my or +6011-88889960 (WhatsApp) with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in PAID status will be cancel but NOT refunded.
